A consultation is included with each purchased commission. When booking a commission, We meet either in person or online depending on your preference so I can confirm that the commission is something that I can create. 

For photograph commissions, A HIGH QUALITY image is required. Please note that I cannot reproduce details that are not in the original photograph or make large artworks from blurry photos. 

For custom artworks, we can discuss composition and your vision in the consultation where I can provide suggestions on what can be done, materials, composision and all other details. 

A 30% Non Refundable deposit is to be paid prior to start of work.

Please Note I can only work on up to 2 commissions at a time thus a waiting list may apply, however I will inform you of this prior to start of work.

Commissions require a minimum time of 2 weeks and can take longer. The time required depends largely on the artwork and size requested and I can give you a proper estimate during consultation. Please note that art cannot be rushed and while I will do my best to create the artwork, last minute orders cannot be accepted if there is not enough time to give the artwork the appropriate attention. 

Some larger artworks can require hundreds of hours of dedication. A 30% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of the commission to cover cost of materials and fist few hours of work. 

I will send you updates during the sketching process, building the first few layers and all throughout the process. Slight amendments can be made during this process. Please do not leave wanted adjustments until the finished peace as hyper realism can be difficult to amend at the end stages. Once the initial agreed upon artwork is started, the image cannot be changed or altered in major ways.

Upon completion of work, we can make arrangements for delivery. 

Local commissions can be framed prior to delivery at an extra cost. For international commissions no framing will be made however, i can provide guidance for proper professional framing. 

For international delivery, artwork will be securely and safely packaged and sent via tracked shipping.

Please note that shipping fees are not included. Shipping is always tracked, however, Client may choose to include insurance at an extra charge based on current postage courier rates.

Full payment of artwork must be affected prior to delivery

A 30% deposit is required upon starting a commission. 

Full remaining balance is to be paid upon completion of work prior to delivery.

Please note that I do my best to cater for all clients needs and budgets, however I cannot commit to a high end product without sufficient time and effort. Thus indicated prices are as is and no discounts can be provided.

Payment can be made via Cash (Local Commissions Only) or Via secure online payment. 

Certain larger artworks can be eligible for payment by up to 3 installments (Initial 30% deposit not included). Installment eligibility requires confirmation by me prior to start of work.
